After marking the location for the holes, remove the speaker and drill a pilot hole about 3/8 of an inch deep. Pilot hole should be smaller than screws. DO NOT drill all the way through the mount. If you do not have a drill you can use your screw driver to "force" the screws into the plastic. It is not difficult, but we recommend the speakers not be in place during this step as the screw driver could slip and damage your new speakers.
