The Tacotunes 2024+ Tacoma Powered Subwoofer kit offers a straightforward way to enhance your factory JBL or Base audio system with upgraded bass. This complete kit includes a custom-fit enclosure designed for the Hybrid AND Non-Hybrid Tacoma’s. Incorporated into this enclosure is a single TT10 (FULL SIZE 10ʺ subwoofer), and a pre-integrated 500-watt amplifier. Our rear-seat subwoofer enclosure installs discreetly and ensures your factory warranty remains intact. Don’t build your audio system on a foundation of “marketing math.” While other manufacturers often inflate their specs to sound more impressive, we provide the most honest air space available for the 2024+ Tacoma. With this enclosure We’ve engineered a precision “sweet spot” measured at a true 1.35 cubic feet of air space. Counter Sunk Subwoofer
Most enclosures mount the subwoofer flush to the surface of the enclosure, leaving the rubber surround vulnerable to the back of your seat. This enclosure features a countersunk subwoofer mounting location. This design sets the subwoofer deep into the face of the box allowing the rear seat to latch perfectly, and sit naturally against the enclosure without putting pressure on the subwoofer.

Seat Spacer Kit
For seamless installation this box requires shifting the rear seat forward roughly one inch providing the necessary clearance for your enclosure. We include all the necessary spacers and extended-length bolts to ensure the seat remains as solid as the day it left the factory. Best of all, the process is completely reversible; just keep your stock bolts if you ever need to return the truck to its original factory specs. Sound Deadener Matting Option
To ensure the best audio quality and eliminate unwanted vibration, we STRONGLY advise the use of sound-dampening material with this enclosure. By selecting this add-on, you will receive two 17ʺ x 26ʺ sheets of Ballistic Sound Deadener for you to apply to the back of the enclosure and/or rear wall of your truck.
10" Subwoofer
Removal of the factory JBL subwoofer assembly exposes a significant “opening” in the rear wall / bulkhead of your Tacoma that must be environmentally sealed. To address this, we offer a custom-designed 18-gauge steel block-off plate. This plate features a durable powder-coated finish and is designed to mount directly to the rear wall, effectively mitigating the ingress of moisture, dust, and road debris into the Tacoma cabin.
