Purchases from tacotunes.com are shipped from our facility in San Antonio, TX USA. Most PAID SHIPPING orders are processed and shipped within 2 BUSINESS DAYS purchase – with the only exception being orders placed after 12pm Friday, which are guaranteed to be shipped in the PM on the following Monday. (tacotunes.com offers/ uses USPS First-Class Mail, PRIORITY Mail, Express Mail, International First-Class Mail, and International PRIORITY Mail, UPS, FedEx Ground and FedEx Saver as our shipping service options).
NOTE: Custom sized orders, speaker / subwoofer bundles and turnkey audio systems can take up to 5 business days to ship. Saturday & Sunday are NOT business days.
UNITED STATES DELIVERIES:
Standard Domestic Delivery – USPS First-Class Mail
Domestic (48 States) US Buyers can expect orders to take only 3-5 business/mail days to arrive on your doorstep, once leaving our facility here in Texas. Exceptions are to be expected during peak mail-seasons and in observance of Federal Holidays.
Other Domestic/Armed Forces Delivery – PO Box / APO / FPO Delivery
We are able to deliver to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. Buyers with PO boxes can expect the same 3-5 business day mail time as Standard Domestic Delivery, once leaving our facility. Our APO/FPO buyers can experience waits of up to one-month before their package arrives depending on global location and other international regulations.
PRIORITY Domestic Delivery – USPS Priority Mail
We offer USPS PRIORITY shipping for our Buyers. PRIORITY shipping allows the package to arrive on your doorstep 2-3 business/mail days after being shipped from tacotunes.com.
Express Delivery – USPS or UPS 2nd day or Overnight Services:
For an additional fee, we will provide Express Delivery of 1-2 days domestically. Orders must be placed before 12:00PM CST.
Standard International – USPS First-Class International Mail
International orders MAY take up to 30 days to arrive abroad depending on the region of the world and its Customs regulations. Generally our International Buyers receive their orders 10-20 business/mail days after being shipped from our facility here in southern region of the Unite States. Availability restrictions apply.
PRIORITY International Delivery – USPS PRIORITY International Mail
For an additional fee International Buyers can opt to ship with USPS PRIORITY International which has a delivery expectancy of 6-10 business days after leaving the Post Office. Availability restrictions apply.
EXPRESS International Delivery – EXPRESS International Mail
For an additional fee international Buyers can opt to ship with USPS EXPRESS International Mail which has a delivery expectancy of 3-5 day’s after leaving the post office. This package is guaranteed, with tracking to your door and is the best way to ship international packages.
ATTENTION UNDELIVERED RETURNS:
All international orders that are returned and marked “Undelivered as addressed” will have a 20% restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable. All USA returns marked “Undelivered as addressed” will have the option to reship at buyers expense. Tacotunes.com. will contact the buyer after receipt. Buyer pays actual shipping cost for the second attempt.

Processing time can take up to 10 BUSINESS days (M-F) BEFORE the item leaves our warehouse. If you need your item quicker, please consider the paid shipping options.
In the event of a returned item(s), customers will be responsible for shipping items BOTH WAYS. If the error was on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
Items shipped free may arrive at different times in different boxes by different carriers.
Our guarantee to tacotunes.com Buyers is 100% satisfaction with not only our product, but our service. We believe that great service is just as important as great materials and manufacturing. It is tacotunes.com intention to satisfy each of our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund (minus restocking fee) to the original credit card or PayPal account for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, original condition. Please allow two to four weeks for your refund to be issued in full.
Before returning any products you must obtain an RMA number from tacotunes.com. Upon receipt of the RMA # we will provide additional shipping and packing instructions.
We will not accept or be held responsible for products shipped back without an RMA and a valid tracking number.
ALL RETURNS must be shipped with a tracking number for proof of delivery.
ALL refunded orders are subject to 20% restocking fee.
Please NOTE: If shipping error(s) occurred on our part, we will waive the restocking /replacement shipping fees. However as stated above, items MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION.
