If you purchase a product or service on an OAS, LLC website or app or through customer support, then we will collect your name, address, email address, and telephone number and other information needed for billing in your jurisdiction. We do not view or store your payment card information, which is handled by third-party service providers.
PURPOSES AND LEGAL GROUNDS:
We collect your name, mailing address, and telephone number so we can process your order and fulfill your purchase. The legal ground for processing your name, mailing address, and telephone number for these purposes is performance of a contract. We also process your personal data as part of our fraud detection processes, which may include the use of personal data related to the purchase, delivery, or use of products, services, or subscriptions as needed to investigate requests or claims. We use cloud services from third parties such as to assist in sending emails. Those services track the activities associated with these emails, such as whether they were opened, whether links in the emails were clicked on, and whether purchases were made following clicks on those links. We use this data to analyze the level of engagement with our emails. We also use Zendesk and Automattic and Office365 to facilitate communications with customers and dealers.

We use third-party service providers to facilitate shipping purchased products to customers, such as ShippingEasy.
We engage the Google Reviews Platform for user-submitted product reviews.

OTHER DISCLOSURES:
