The 2024+ Tacoma offers two separate solutions:

• 10 Pin Harness – Used for audio signal when a factory Amplifier IS NOT HIDDEN underneath the carpet under the driver’s seat of your 2024+ BASE AUDIO (non-jbl) Tacoma
• 28 Pin Harness – Used for 12v & Remote turn on signal when a factory Amplifier IS NOT HIDDEN underneath the carpet under the driver’s seat of your 2024+ BASE AUDIO (non-jbl) Tacoma
• 30 Pin Harness – Used for audio signal when a factory Amplifier IS HIDDEN underneath the carpet under the driver’s seat of your 2024+ BASE AUDIO (non-jbl) Tacoma.

Either harness option plugs directly into your existing factory wiring, allowing you to add amplifier(s) without cutting or splicing a single factory wire. A Completely reversible installation!

Amp / Sound Processor Harness options:

30 PIN HARNESS:

This harness is used when a factory Amplifier IS HIDDEN underneath the carpet under the driver’s seat of your 2024+ BASE AUDIO (non-jbl) Tacoma

 

-14.5 Foot leads (14.5 FT x 18 = 261 total feet of wiring.

-16 gauge (thicker than 18G) speaker wire to handle the additional power – (Connects to your Aftermarket Amplifier Speaker OUTPUT)

-18 gauge signal wire (Connects to your LOC / DSP)

-Industry Standard 12V Color Coded input / output Molex connectors (for plug and play system)

-Easily modified to work with just about any aftermarket amplifier.

NOTE: This harness system was manufactured to work with tacotunes.com plug and play amplifiers. You can cut off the blue/black Molex plugs and connect them to a number of different brand amplifiers. However, due to the large number of amp brands / models we cannot help with the installation process. To make the installation easier, we have listed the color/purpose of each wire in the harness system.

DOES NOT SUPPORT FACTORY INSTALLED JBL AUDIO SYSTEMS!

IMPORTANT: The factory wiring was not designed to handle a lot of power. We do not recommend more than 100 watts (RMS) on your stock wiring. Most amps are rated at 14.4 volts for their ratings. Toyota charging system is only 13.6. So you can use an amp rated at 100 watts RMS. We HIGHLY suggest the use of a quality LOC/DSP/Sound Processor.

10 PIN HARNESS:

-17 Foot leads. (17 x 16 = 272 Feet Total Wiring Included)

-16 gauge (thicker than 18G) speaker wire to handle the additional power – (Harness 1 Connect to your AMP Speaker OUTPUT)

-18 gauge signal wire (Harness 2 Connect to your LOC / DSP)

-Industry Standard 12V Color Coded input / output Molex connectors (for plug and play system)

-Easily modified to work with just about any aftermarket amplifier.

These example installations are compatible with NO FACTORY AMPLIFIER HIDDEN UNDER THE CARPET UNDERNEATH THE DRIVER’S SEAT ONLY

 

PRODUCT TERMS:

This harness will provide 4 output channels (FL, RF, RL, RR) from my stock head unit. I understand that I will need to supply an LOC/DSP/Sound Processor that will properly output the desired 4, 5, or 6 channel low-level output that is required to provide the signal for my amplifiers.

I understand that not all LOC/DSP/Sound Processors may not work properly with my stock head unit (Radio).

I understand this product is NON REFUNDABLE if the product packaging is “opened”.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

I understand that support for this product is limited to ensuring signal delivery to your LOC/DSP/Sound Processor. We are unable to provide support for LOC/DSP/Sound Processors/Amplifiers purchased from other vendors.

NOTE: We suggest using NTUNE6 or a similar product designed to work with your Toyota Stock Stereo. Keep in mind lower end LOC units often cause “Newer Model” head unit errors and/or head unit “shutdown” issues.
